Project Type: Habitat ReStore Description: Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity's ReStore is a home improvement thrift store selling building materials, furniture and appliances to the general public at discounted prices. Habitat ReStore runs on material donations from community members and local businesses and all proceeds from ReStore support Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity. The ReStore is looking for volunteers to fulfill a variety of roles in the store including, customer service/cashiering, merchandise organization/cleaning, donation pick-up assistance, and warehouse/deconstruction assistance. Volunteer shifts are recommended to be 2-4 hours long during ReStore's open hours and duties will be assigned to the volunteer based on their schedule, time commitment, and interests. ReStore is a new and used home improvement thrift store open to the public for shopping and donations.
