Project : ReStore Short Description: New Volunteer Orientations Description: PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW! NEW VOLUNTEERS: Must complete an orientation prior to working. We have two volunteer programs: • Our Required Community Service program is for any volunteer who would like us to report their volunteer hours to another agency (Courts, Workforce, Schools, Etc.). • Our CHARITABLE program is for volunteers who will be volunteering for no other reason. PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF ORIENTATION! Required Service Volunteer Orientations: (Court Ordered, Work Force, TANF, High School/College or other REQUIRED programs) are held by appointment only. • YOU MUST PROVIDE US WITH A COPY OF YOUR AGREEMENT SHEET. • WE ARE UNABLE TO LET YOU VOLUNTEER WITH HABITAT IF YOU HAVE A THEFT CHARGE, SEXUAL OFFENSE OR ANY CHARGES AGAINST CHILDREN. • Please arrive at the ReStore 10 minutes prior to orientation time in order to ensure your paperwork is in order prior to starting. You will need to enter through the first door on the east side of the building. Dress code: No Sweats, No Open Toed Shoes and No Sleeveless Shirts.
