Project : Williston Short Description: Join us at the Habitat Restore in Williston! Description: Thanks for signing up to volunteer at the Habitat ReStore in Williston! Where do I park? Please park in the first row of the parking lot closest to the road if there is room. If you are arriving before 10am please park behind the building and use the back donation entrance. What do I wear? Please wear work-appropriate clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty, ripped, or even ruined. Closed-toed shoes are required (work boots preferred), layers are recommended, and please bring work gloves if you have them. Business groups might want to consider wearing branded shirts — they make for great photo ops! If you are a business group and have no reached out to the Volunteer Manager, please do so before signing up! Do I bring my own lunch and drinks? Yes, please bring a bag lunch and enough snacks and drinks for the day. We have a refrigerator you can use to keep items cold, and water dispensers for filling up water bottles. Something came up and I need to cancel. Who do I call? If something comes up and you need to cancel your shift, you can do so online using this system, or call the Milton ReStore directly at 802-857-5296 x 3. I need to earn community service hours for school or for a court requirement. Is it possible to get an hour report? Yes, volunteers can run and print their own hour reports directly from our system. Simply log in to your VolunteerUp account, select “My Info” in the top header, and filter by the information that’s relevant to you (time frame, project, etc.).
